PLEASE NOTE:
There is a bank clearance charge of AU $21.00 to be added to international cheques.
This charge must be added to the cost of the postage handling and insurance charges.
Shipping
Orders will be despatched within 2 working days of receiving your order confirmation and payment clearance. You will be notified if there is any delay due to stock being temporarily unavailable
All items supplied are carefully inspected at the time of packing and shipment.
Australian Domestic Orders
Australian domestic orders will be sent via Australia Post please allow 5 10 days transit time in Australia. In most cases you can expect delivery within 2 4 days.
International Orders
International orders will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail please allow 10 28 days transit time.
The cost of postage and handling is automatically added to your order after your selection is completed.
How will I know that you have received my order?
Once we have received an order you will be sent an email confirming the order and a tax invoice. Anytime you have further questions you can email us and quote your invoice number for a prompt response.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order once received, you may return items for a complete refund for the cost of goods excluding postage & handling.

Returned Goods
All returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging where applicable, for a refund to be effected. NOTE: Where an item is sealed, it MUST remain sealed to receive a refund.

The cost of the return freight and insurance is the purchaser s responsibility.

REFUNDS
Once we have received the goods we will issue a refund for the total purchase price in AU$, excluding postage & handling.
Where goods are purchased using a credit card, we will issue the refund to your credit card. Please provide your credit card details with your return as these are never sited or stored.
All other refunds will be made via cheque.
All returned goods must be sent prepaid and insured by the purchaser, we will not refund these costs.
We will not issue refunds for any seal that has been cut, modified or reworked in any way. The cost of the return freight and insurance is excluded and is the purchaser s responsibility.
We will issue your refund only after the goods have been returned and received by us.
